Complete asshole left me a message trying to tell me that i have to pay them. I do not even a credit card I paid them all

This called said they had an affidavid for me and gave me a reference number. This is a different debt collector which has tried to collect a debt which I do not have.

They call often, ask for the owner by first name, trying to appear as a buddy. Once, he claimed we came to him "highly reccommended" by the largest contractor in our area. When we asked who, he gave us the name of a two-man operation 2 hours from us. We called him, and he said he gets calls from us all the time. The dude just gave us the next victim on his list.

Soliciting donations for "United States Armed Forces Association," no information about this organization available online; we suspect scam. We've read reports from others that caller becomes rude when questioned or if donation is refused.

Claims to be a Debt collector for a company that does not even exist. Wanted me to give them my credit card info over the phone to pay a debt that they claim i owe. When i asked them for company information they just played dumb and kept reapeting themselves. Called my work and was yelling at the owner of my company. Does not have a company email and does not speak good english. definetly a scam

They claim to be a non-profit organization named the American Professional Services Association located in Warren, MI near 13 Mile Road and VanDyke Avenue, but they invited me and a guest to a free lunch meeting at the Villa Penna restaurant.
